inoperative ac missing trash can
The staff seemed unhelpful with luggage. I needed help with my kids, but they said, "We don't provide such services. " (Seriously?). the AC didn't work for two nights, causing the room to be too hot. I had to open windows to make it bearable, and there was no trash can in the room, unresponsive staff

The staff were friendly and helpful. They always had a smile. Our room accommodated our family well with bunk beds for the kids and a double bed. The location allowed easy access to attractions and public transportation. The breakfast selection was diverse and satisfying each morning.
I found the luggage storage fee a bit unexpected.

I found the location amazing, a short walk to the eiffel tower. The room was well equipped for families. The staff was very helpful . The facilities are particularly good for children. My kids enjoyed the playroom.
